My first time was with a friend with whom I had been in Scouting for 6 years. We were in our twenties. He was SM for a Troop in need of an adult to continue. As a Scout I had promised that I would try to repay all that was given to me by the adult Leaders in my Troop because I knew their direction and kindness would have a profound affect on my life.
